When will I receive my order? 

Due to the global pandemic situation our processing and delivery times may be affected and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused.

We guarantee a processing time of your order within 5 working days. It is important to note that our delivery times are between 7 to 14 business days under the normal circumstances, but in this period any unforeseen delays can set the delivery time up to 21 business days.

We guarantee to refund your order if it has not arrived within 30 business days after processing. Please note that once your order has been shipped, we won't be able to cancel or refund your order before this 30 business days deadline, please refer to the section below regarding order cancellations.

All orders are shipped free of charge in the US. For all orders outside USA, the delivery costs will be automatically calculated in your basket.
