We are happy to be able to ship internationally. We ship via CJEXPRESS International, which contracts with the postal service in the recipient country. We cannot use any other carrier to ship our packages.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. International shipping generally takes 1 to 5 business days for fulfillment plus 8 to 21 business days delivery time.
Customs or duties may be assessed by your country's postal service upon arrival.

All Delux Gaming products come under warranty when purchased directly through our website. If you would like to submit a warranty claim, please ensure your email includes the following!
-Order number or your proof of purchase showing the date and item purchased
-Your shipping address
-The print that you ordered
-Photos of the damage
How do I cancel my order?
All cancellation requests must be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org. The subject line of your email should read “Cancel Order #####”. Please include your order number in both the subject line of your email as well as the body of your email.
Once your order has been cancelled, we are unable to reactivate that same purchase again, so please be sure to only email a cancellation request if you are sure that you do not wish to proceed with your order.
Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of your purchase.
No cancellations or changes can be made to orders placed with expedited shipping.
Once your order has been cancelled, you will receive a confirmation email and your refund will be processed through your original method of payment. Refunds are placed immediately, however, they may take 3 - 5 business days to be processed by your banking institution and returned to your account.
