Shipping policy

--- The COVID-19 Pandemic and the US 2020 Elections are impacting our shipping times. Please, note that delivery can take up to 15 business days in this period if there are any unforeseen delays. Due to rising prices from all delivery agents, we have had to temporarily change our delivery methods to always offer you free delivery --- 

Please allow 1 - 5 business days for your order to be processed. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order ships. This email is automated. Please note that the esitmated delivery date may not be provided right away. We ask that you allow at least 5-7 business days for this information to update with the tracking service. Thank you for your understanding that estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed. We will, however, always do our best to deliver on or before the delivery date provided. Please be sure to double check all shipping information before submitting your order. Your order will be delayed if we have to contact you to update incorrect information.

It is important to note that our delivery times are between 1 to 7 business days under the normal circumstances, but in this period any unforeseen delays due to COVID-19 or 2020-Elections can set the delivery time up to 15 business days. Since this delay is out of our hands, we guarantee to refund your order if it has not arrived within 30 business days after processing. Please note that once your order has been shipped, we won't be able to cancel or refund your order before this 30 business days deadline, please refer to the section regarding order cancellations on our FAQ page.

We are currently shipping products worldwide so delivery time-frames will vary depending on the delivery location. We will always attempt to ship items from the closest fulfillment center to your destination. We are currently shipping products Internationally from San Francisco, CA (USA), and Hong Kong.

Standard Domestic delivery usually takes 1-7 business days from the date an order is processed and shipped, unless there is any unforeseen delays.

We provide free International shipping so rest assured you will never be charged shipping fees regardless of the shipping origin. Please allow for the full duration of shipping for the package to be delivered. If your order is not delivered during this time-frame, please contact us so we can investigate and dispatch a new package if necessary.

Your order will be delivered to you by USPS. If you are not home when the delivery is made and a signature is required, a notice may be left by the postal service advising where your delivery can be collected.

We will not re-ship packages returned for wrong or incomplete addresses and customer unavailability.

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must contact the delivery carrier and address the issue directly with them. We do not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been marked as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as delivered.

CUSTOMS & REGULATIONS

Your local customs office may require additional documents and time to clear your package, which may delay the estimated delivery time of your order.

You are responsible for checking your local postal regulations for restricted items as we cannot be held liable for any items that are not accepted into the specific country
